Some Frequently Asked Questions.
First, Sign up to the website. Then, charge your Advertising Credit
and create you first campaign...
Under "My Locations" click on "Create new location". Then, you will be required
to enter all of the details so we will know where, when and the budget of you campaign...
Location:
Define where you would like to ad to be published. Just enter an address (US only at the moment) and radius and click the "Verify Address" button which will show you location on the map.
When:
Choose when you would like your address to be shown.
Status:
You may choose to set your Campaign status to Inactive state which means it will not be shown - You will be able to change this status whenever you would like.
this option will allow you preparing your Campaign and set it to active state (launch it!) whenever you are ready...
Bid & Daily Bid:
Daily Bid allows you to set a budget of how much you would like to spend every day while Bid refers to bid you are offering for presenting your ad for a single time.
File:
Just upload the file you would like to publish as a part of your campaign.
Since your image is expected to be shown in public it will need to go though a quick approval process (which supposed to take few hours...

And Then What?!

Under "My Profile" page you will find "Buy Now" button which will direct you to PayPal in order to complete the transaction.
At the moment, payment are available only via PayPal.
Once the transaction in completed, you Total Available Credit will increase accordingly.

As a part of the campaign management tools, you can "hold" your campaign by setting it to "Inactive" mode.
Your campaign will not be published as long as it is on "Inactive" state.
All you need to do is navigate to "My Campaigns", click on the "Edit" button of the relevant campaign and then set the campaign's status to "Active" state.

Advertisement Credit is non-refundable. However, once Advertisement Credit is purchased,
you will be able to use it on any LED advertisement truck available.
In order to get a report for a specific campaign, click on "My Campaigns" and then click on the "View" button of the relevant campaign.
The data presented will be related to relevant campaign. For the full report, click on "My Reports".

You may edit your campaign whenever you would like to do so. Once updating the campaign the new values will take affect immediately.
Keep in mind that any change of an image will require BannerBidder's approval.
In order to allow the continuous of the campaign with its current image, it is recommended to create new campaign with new image.
